I´m here!

Wow, i´m here and it´s just amazing! This post is going to be a long on, so I'm only gonna write in english, otherwise this is going to be way too long.
So Wednesday was my last day in Denmark. We woke at about 4:30, and drove to the airport, 30 min later. On the way over there my mom´s phone suddenly rang, it´s a lady from YFU. She asking when we would be there, because they were waiting for us. And let me just be honest, i was about to get a panic attack.. :/ Because my mom and i did both understand from the papers, that we should be at the airport about 2 hours before boarding, but, what it actually said was, that we had to be there 3 hours before. So when we got to the airport, there were luckily still some exchange student in the lockage check-in, so at that point i could relax again. When we checked my bags in, it was time to say goodbye. Almost all the other students already said goodbye before i came. So it was a quick goodbye, and up the stairs. Then trough security. and here was my flight plan.
Copenhagen-Franfurt
Frankfurt - Washington
Washington- Chicago
STAYED OVERNIGHT IN CHICAGO
Next day
Chicago - Toledo.

On the way to Washington i sat next to Minna from Denmark, And a girl from America.

The smallest airplane i have ever been on!

We got clean (Don´t worry the flight was not on fire)

A picture from the overnight stay in Chicago

The overnight stay in Chicago was really nice, even though i almost didn't sleep. The day after me and a boy from Denmark, who is going to the same school as i,  flew too Toledo.
When we arrived at the airport my host family stood there waiting for me :) They had balloons, flower and signs, they are so sweet!

After the airport we ate some food in Boston Market, it was really tasty, my first real american meal :)
After that we drove home, and i started unpacking. I brought my family some licorice, and i actually didn´t expect that they would like it, but it seems like they actually do, thats great.

My beautiful bedroom
I woke up at 4.30 that´s why it´s so dark outside.

DAY 2

After Ivan drove Molly and Ava to school, Ivan and me drove to this place (which i don´t remember whats called) and got my "Ohio Identification Card" and Ivan got his drivers license renewed. All americans is going to renew their drivers license every 4 year.

After we did that, we was going to my High School. Oh my god, it´s so pretty. I know all the exchange students say this, but it really looks so good, and just taken out from a movie ( Cliche, i know)
But i got my locker, and my classes. And then we just walked around in school, and trying to locate my classrooms.

My classes
In the evening my host sister, her husband and son came,  and then we all went to a football game Defiance bulldogs vs. Napoleon wildcats. Unfortunately we lost, but i think it was a close run (i don´t really know the rules, I just cheer when all the other on our side does:)
Molly, Me and Jody

Our school shirt, i actually forgot to wear it at the game..

I took some pictures of the house and garden.

 Yesterday (saturday)

Shannon, Molly and I went for a run. We came trough some beautiful streets, it´s such a beautiful city.
But gosh, it´s so hot. It does not look like that in the pictures but i was!

After the run we went to Indiana, where Jody´s in-laws live.  It was a really beautiful house, right at the lake!
